Shipping Policy

Free shipping on every US order.

Delivery time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery to US addresses typically takes 6–10 working days from the day your order ships. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States. If you are outside the US and would like to order, contact us and we will let you know if we can reach you.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or log in to your account. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after the parcel leaves our warehouse.

Delays

Carrier delays, weather, and peak holiday periods can occasionally add a few days. If your order has not arrived within 15 working days of shipping, contact us and we will either locate it or send a replacement.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away and we will correct it before the order ships. We cannot be responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days and we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund.
